A maxi skirt is a great idea! Check out my blog post on How to wear a cropped bustier for some tips, tricks and inspiration
posted over 8 years agoI would be bold and pair it with this pencil skirt leaving a bare mid-driff and pairing a cool leather jacket to finish the look. Enjoy :)
posted over 8 years agosince you don’t want to show too much skin, you could wear a fishtail skirt. I just bought this dress today, which has a bustier and fishtail skirt. since the denim bustier is light and relatively neutral, I would find a bold print for the skirt.
posted over 8 years agoI’d wear it with a skater skirt, maybe one with a nice print on it with a pair of loafers.
posted over 8 years agoI’d definitely wear it over a floral dress! Or, if you’re wanting to bear your midriff, a floral skirt. You could also wear it with black skinny jeans and a floral or lace jacket/open button-up.
I’m all about mixing denim, floral, and black this season. Looooove the revamped 90s trend. :)

i would say a high low skirt or your maxi skirt you have. but it will look cute with some high waisted shorts if you change your mind about showing skin.

Your maxi skirt is good, but I suggest some floral colors. And wedges, sure.
posted over 8 years agoSuch a cute shirt! Check out a black high-low skirt, or a chiffon maxi skirt, with a pair of wedge sandals and a cuff bracelet!
posted over 8 years agoI think it would be supper cute with a high waisted floral high-low skirt, and wedges.

posted over 8 years agomaxiskirts all the way… also try fishtail and hi-low skirts. do bold colors and patterns. shoes could be neutral or a color in the print.

If you wanna wear shorts or a short skirt but are too worried about showing too much skin then just throw on a lightweight jacket or a blazer and keep your top half more covered.
