so i was looking at the august 2010 issue of seventeen magazine (the one with rhianna on it) and i decided to check out madonna’s new fashion line, “material girl.” of course, i saw that there were black, lace-up combat boots in the collection….something that i’ve wanted for SOOLONGG but never managed to find for under $50. they’re so chic!! can anybody help me find some boots that i can get for a low price? something in the budget of a 14 year old without a job? (i want a job, too, believe me….) haha anyway, here’s a picture, just in case you have no clue what i’m talking about:

Forever 21 is probably gonna be your best bet storewise, but Volatile and Dirty Laundry also have boots in the low to mid 30s (USD). My lovely lace-ups were $38 @ Charlotte Russe (worth every penny; I’ll be wearing them every chance I get this fall.), but I don’t think they have them anymore (if you can find them, they’ll be on sale for $25). If you want the toughness of a combat boot w/out the laces, you definitely should try some Engineer or Motorcycle-style boots. Charlotte Russe has some of these on sale right now.

I think the ones at Forever 21 have sold out, but I’m pretty sure that they’ll be coming out again soon by the time fall hits.

This is on sale in-stores. Yesterday all boots were 50% off, I got a pair of flat suede boots for $50, with a $10 off of $50 coupon to bring it down to $40.

So yeah, buy on doorbuster saturdays with coupons, and you can get it for pretty cheap.

Yeah like someone else said
go to www.Shopstyle.com
Just search black lace boots and then change the price range to 0-25 or 25-50 and see what comes up

Maybe a F21 close by has your size!!!

Other than that, I’ve never seen a pair I like under $60

Try Ebay. There’s quite a selection in the $30-$40 price range.

H & M had a few different pairs, you’d have to look online, I saw them in the winter.

I want doc martens. I had them in the early 90s and loved them.
Theyre the best. for cheap ones..They have them at many little clothing stores and outlets but they look cheap and wear out quickly

I picked up combat boots at H&M a few months back and love them! They are very comfortable and versatile. They go with pretty much everything which was surprising.
