I wanted to pair this lace skirt with something offbeat & was inspired by this iconic t-shirt; I cut its neckline/sleeves & tucked it into the skirt’s velvet waistband. A pair of red ribbed tights (matching the top’s heart) + dark green nails (OPI ‘Here Today… Aragon Tomorrow’) paint the picture of an urban merrymaker… Visit me at fashionshesays.com.
